    @roka The devs seem to be working with David to fix this problem.

    "Update : (same day at night) I spent the evening on the inkscape-devel channel, and thanks to the hard work of the developers Mc and Su_v ; things are evolving in a good way. They had proof-of-concept of what could be done automatically in future 0.92.2 ( too late for 92.1 ) : The result is not pixel-perfect , but it's near. Really near. ( imagemagick compare was used to make diff ) It's so near it's hardly perceptible for a trained human eye. This is in good way. They also planned scenario to make Inkscape take the 'best decision' to convert the file, based on if the SVG files comes from version 0.48 to 0.91, and only prompt user with a more detailed dialog when the choice is really controversial. I have good hope this will lead to a 0.92 or 0.93 with good compatibility with previous Inkscape SVG."


    But seriously, this is like a chronic problem with a lot of foss projects.

    I wonder where the idea english speaking people have that adding "el" before a name is a proper thing to do in spanish. It's actually a telling trait of someone being uneducated, referring to others as "el [name]" rather than the name alone or a title like "don" or "señor" which are used as signs of respect much like the japanese suffixes. I guess maybe from the uneducated people that leave the bad areas of mexico for USA?

    @hakui @pettter Would prefer nobody did it node-wide though, as the collateral damage is great. Rather just cull "whole known network" view.

    @hakui @pettter @clacke It's also up to the user if they want to remain on an instance that blocks others or join a more permissive one.  There's a bunch of other GS and Mastodon instances one can join.

    @clacke @pettter there's already a block function individuals can use to resolve abuse. server-wide blocking is pretty much the admin handholding you and deciding who you can interact with
