@grmpyoldman On some hike in the wind I pretty much wore the same clothes that I put on to climb 4000+ summits in summer.

@laemeur I didn't even notice that there was a character limit on !sdf. But 666 is definitely a great choice ;) I also like the 1140 on #FragDev. Because then you can tell when you are over the 140 limit a lot of instances still use.

@giammi yes, -50 is also 30 degrees to low for me... ;)

I'm Swiss and not aware of any Norse ancestors. Must be some weird mutation ;)
It's my first time in Icland in winter. But I absolutely love it. The temparature and the wind isn't as bad as what you usually get on 3000+ meter peaks here in Switzerland.

@k7try for someone like me who doesn't feel comfortable if the temperature rises much above 20 C, it's perfectly fine that Italy gets most of the sun shine ;) Actually my favorite temperature all come with a minus sign in front of them - unless we talk about water ;)

Definitely better weather today. https://wm.sdf.org/gs/attachment/1273

@laemeur it's ok. I prefer this kind of weather to way too hot summer days.

Still looking for those. Tomorrow I hope to find one. Today we were just happy to arrive. The road conditions were not exactly perfect ;)

I'm a tea and coffee junkie. But when I feel sad, there is nothing like a nice cuppa :D

True, last time I asked smj to upgrade nothing happened and I didn't want to continue nagging and being a pain. That's why I moved back to #fragdev back then. I should keep using both instances now and then.
-
@laemeur It's good that you keep using this instance and improve the tutorial. Hope more people will start using it :D

You can reset the password using the !sdf 'maint' utility (unless you changed the user name, that is.)
-
Just checking whether everything still works over here at !sdf :D
