@perloid I dig how perl stores CLI args in an array automagically, easily available. cool stuff.

@jonkulp @perloid Sounds similar to #PHP's $_GET and $_POST arrays (contain all GET or POST arguments in one place)

@lnxw48 @perloid sounds similar but I can't say for sure since I don't know PHP. I like how in perl you can assign multiple variables on one line like my ($name, $number, $hairstyle) = @ARGV; and it assigns the CLI args to each of these vars in order.

The "default" variable "$_" is a nice feature also. Once you get the hang of the concept you can be really efficient.
