Hey, #namedotcom! What kind of scumbag company has _anything_ from a company named "adroll" on their site? Really feeling like I need a bath, even though that domain's been blocked for years.
-
I'm really grateful for #NoScript and #RequestPolicy (and #AdBlockEdge / #AdBlockPlus). I do not think I could tolerate the web without them. I'd have to go live in a monastery somewhere.

@lnxw48 Who needs AdBlock {Plus,Edge} when there's #uBlock around?
-
It's nice, because it has an element picker, similar to Element Hiding Helper for AdBlock Plus. That's an easy way for own rules to kill things you don't want to see. E.g. the '#Discover' item of Twitter or donation begging overlays. THX much!

@lnxw48 Do ads even show up with NoScript turned on? Maybe I'm just used to them, but NoScript is usually enough for me.
-
@ericxdu23 Good question. There used to be some non-JS ads. I've made a habit of obtaining those add-ons before first-use of the browser, so things may have changed.

@xrevan86 First time I've heard of #uBlock. I'll look into it.
