   I hate Very Slow Internet 8kbps TX/RX Dongle Modem Speed... This is not 3G but only 2G speed. #PH #ISP are corrupt!

     @gian My fiancé is paying 1,000 PHP to #smart and all what she got is that we cannot talk through #SIP with each other but #Facebook is comparable fast there. I suspect they (#ISP) do traffic-shaping there.
